How to Play Quantum Tic Tac Toe
Basic Concepts
Welcome to Quantum Tic Tac Toe, where classical tic-tac-toe meets quantum mechanics! In this game, pieces can exist in multiple positions simultaneously until measured.
Pieces exist in quantum superposition until measured
Game Modes
Manual Probability Mode
Choose two positions and set probability distribution between them
Random Probability Mode
Choose two positions and let quantum randomness decide the distribution
Entangled Mode
Includes quantum entanglement! Each player can entangle one of their pieces with an opponent's piece once per match
How to Make Moves
1. Select Positions
Click two different boxes to create a quantum superposition
2. Set Probability
Adjust the probability slider (Manual mode) or let it be random
3. Measure
Click "Measure State" to collapse the quantum state to a definite position
Entanglement Rules
1. Initiate Entanglement
Click the "Entangle Pieces" button (once per player per match)
2. Select Pieces
Choose one of your pieces and one opponent piece to entangle
3. Measure Entanglement
When measured, pieces have a 50% chance to swap positions!
Winning the Game
Get three of your pieces in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) to win!
